After her studies at the University of Quebec in Montreal, Joyce Muhitira began her career in public services as a Workforce Management Advisor in the Department of Public Services and Procurement Canada, in the Real Estate services sector.

Through her commitment and dedication to associations helping children with cancer as well as families in need, she is deeply committed to the contribution and operation of a humanitarian organization.
