Methode Maniriho

Currently works as a salary administration technician at the Outaouais Integrated Health and Social Services Center (CISSSO).
Has a BA in Business Administration and an Advanced Accounting Diploma. 
In the past, Methode held different positions in “la Mutuelle”, an organization that manages the health insurance  system in Burundi.  This gave him a good opportunity to learn different skills in financial and personnel management. He also was a member of the board for a 4-year term. He  acquired different knowledge, especially in terms of decision-making and the establishment of a system for effective and efficient management of the organization. 
He coordinated aid to help the population in two displaced centers in Burundi. He learned how to identify needs and establish priorities in order to better serve disadvantaged populations.
